Welcome to the place where vacations never end; the recently renovated Bather's Pavilion located on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Inside the stately Mission style facade, is a refreshed Mediterranean inspired interior by the award winning firm, Luchetti Krelle. Our team worked closely with their design team on a number of custom pieces, all from the Diane Bergeron for Arthur G range.
When first entering the main dining area, you're greeted with arguably the hero pieces of the dining room; pairs of fully upholstered, striped chairs inspired by the Jacquie Chair from the Diane Bergeron collection. For this iteration, the form of the Jacquie Chair remained, however with a reduced weight in the arm and leg. Our sewing team then set to work perfecting the pattern matching on each chair.
Sitting next to the custom Jacquie Chairs, are pairs of Peyton Sofas in navy velvet. The Peyton is a tailored design with an elongated form, and finished with smart ribbon detailing on the seat and back cushions.
Moving into the bar area, and looking out onto the Balmoral Esplanade, are custom Collette Sofas (also from the Diane Bergeron collection). This design was appropriated to bar height, but in keeping with the design, the sloping arm, piping and castors remained.
While not all of us can venture out, we've got the Bather's Pavilion high on our list for when we can.
